Shopping from the Fisherton Mill Online Shop
Our online shop provides a sample of the wide range of art and giftware that we display in our Gallery in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
This website is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of receipt where goods are in stock. Special orders will take longer and we will advise you accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed between Christmas and New Year will be dispatched in the first week of January 2018. We post all our parcels using the Royal Mail, so their first class posting dates for Christmas apply.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (except during the week between Christmas and New Year - see above) and usually despatched within 48 hours of processing. If time is crucial, we will do our best to process an order faster for you - please contact us to discuss your requirements before placing the order.After placing an online order, you will receive an email of confirmation. This email does not confirm that we are able to process your order. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will inform you immediately either by email or telephone.
Each item includes VAT. If an error occurs with our pricing, we reserve the right to change the price to the correct amount. We will contact you as soon as the error is flagged up.
If you are interested in ordering multiples of the same item and the online shop indicates it is out of stock, please contact a member of the team as there may be other stock in our gallery.
Payment and Delivery
We offer FREE standard delivery for all orders expect where indicated otherwise.
We are unable to post your order until it is paid in full.
Occasionally, with large and/or very fragile items, we flag up the item as "Collection Only". Such items are not posted out to customers, but will need to be collected from the Gallery.
For larger/heavier items, we can organise delivery with a courier. In this case there will be a delivery charge as stated in the product description.
We take pride in delivering an excellent service that includes efficient delivery. However, there are rare occasions where external factors completely out of our control can delay a parcel, despite our best endeavours, so we ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances.
If your item is a special order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery unless specified by a member of the team. We will keep you up to date with the progress of your order.
If you require your order urgently, please contact us before you place your order to see if we can get it delivered to you sooner. A postage fee will apply.
We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to the incorrect shipping address specified. A re-delivery fee will apply should an item be returned to us. It is your responsibility to provide correct address details and for someone to be available to sign for a delivery.
Our online shop is currently unable to deal with orders outside of the UK. If you have visited our website from outside the UK and have found something of interest, please contact us to discuss postage options.
Returns and Refunds
Fisherton Mill wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, please contact our administrative team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 01722 500200.
Many of the items on our website are uniquely handmade and not mass-produced and therefore products may vary slightly from the picture shown. This is part of their beauty and not a fault in the design.
Any items needing to be returned to us must be authorised in advance by the administrative team. Please ensure that you notify us before posting any item back. When you notify us we will provide the appropriate return address. Items are returned at your own expense.
Items must be returned in a pristine condition, and reach us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to arrange for a replacement/exchange or full refund. We are not responsible for returned items which do not reach us, so please ensure you use an appropriate postage service.
Please note: any customised or specially commissioned items are non-returnable and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
