Please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions for the Fisherton Mill online shop. These apply to online purchases only, any purchases made in store are subject to different terms and conditions.

Shopping from the Fisherton Mill Online Shop
This website is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of receipt where goods are in stock. Special orders will take longer and we will advise you accordingly.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday and usually dispatched within 48 hours of processing. If time is crucial, we will do our best to process an order faster for you - please contact us to discuss your requirements before placing the order.
After placing an online order, you will receive an email of confirmation. This email does not confirm that we are able to process your order. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will inform you immediately either by email or telephone.
Each item includes VAT. If an error occurs with our pricing, we reserve the right to change the price to the correct amount. We will contact you as soon as the error is flagged up.
If you are interested in ordering multiples of the same item and the online shop indicates it is out of stock, please contact a member of the team as there may be other stock in our gallery.
Payment and Delivery
We offer free standard delivery for all gift vouchers ordered or you can choose to collect from Fisherton Mill.
We are unable to post your order until it is paid in full.
Christmas Posting 2023
For the best chance of being delivered to you in time for Christmas, please ensure you've placed your order by Monday 18th December. If you'd like to collect your order from our Gallery Shop, you can do this right up until 2pm on Christmas Eve.
We take pride in delivering an excellent service that includes efficient delivery. However, there are rare occasions where external factors completely out of our control can delay a parcel, despite our best endeavours, so we ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances.
If you require your order urgently, please contact us before you place your order to see if we can get it delivered to you sooner. A postage fee will apply.
We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to the incorrect shipping address specified. A re-delivery fee will apply should an item be returned to us. It is your responsibility to provide correct address details and for someone to be available to sign for a delivery.
Our online shop is currently unable to deal with orders outside of the UK. If you have visited our website from outside the UK and have found something of interest, please contact us to discuss postage options.
Returns and Refunds

Fisherton Mill wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, please contact our administrative team by emailing shopping@fishertonmill.co.uk or calling us on 01722 500200.
Any items needing to be returned to us must be authorised in advance by the administrative team. Please ensure that you notify us before posting any item back. When you notify us we will provide the appropriate return address. Items are returned at your own expense.
Items must be returned in a pristine condition, and reach us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to arrange for a replacement/exchange or full refund for items purchased through our Online Shop. We are not responsible for returned items which do not reach us, so please ensure you use an appropriate postage service.
